What is an Airport Transfer?
An airport transfer is a transport service operating between an airport and a specific destination. Taking you from the plane to your resort or hotel.
What type of vehicles do you use?
We use new 8 seater minibuses (9 with driver) We maintain all our vehicles in top condition, and all are new models. They are equipped with all the necessary safety equipment, including snow tyres and snow-chains. Safe and comfortable transport for you, your friends and family.
How are you insured?
Our vehicles and drivers are licensed and insured to French and Swiss standards for the transportation of fee-paying passengers.
Can you transport babies and young children?
Baby seats and booster seats are available upon request. Please inform us of your requirements at the time of booking. Laws in this regard are always strictly enforced by the police and customs.
How do we meet our driver at the airport when we arrive?
When meeting at the airport, you will be met by your driver in the main public arrivals area, and he will have a sign with your name on it.
What do we do if when we arrive at the airport we cannot find our Airport Transfer driver?
Your driver is probably already at the airport, however, in the unlikely event of your driver not being there, contact us and we will sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
Will we have to wait for any other passengers?
No, we only operate private transfers and therefore, your group will be transported privately to their destination.
What's our luggage allowance?
We allow for all clients to have one main piece of luggage, a small piece of hand luggage, and the usual / normal amount of sports equipment. If you have an extraordinary amount of luggage, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Will we have to pay any road tolls?
No, the price for your airport transfer is all-inclusive.
Pick-up times
If you book a return transfer with us, we will provide you with a set pick-up time, which is governed by your flight departure time. This will vary depending upon things such as traffic, weather conditions, holiday high season etc. You will be asked to reconfirm your return transfer the day before departure by phone.
What if our flight is delayed, cancelled or rescheduled?
We will wait for you if your flight is delayed. However, if the flight is cancelled and rescheduled, we may be forced to cancel the original airport transfer booking and reschedule a new transfer to cater for the newly scheduled arrival time. In this case, the original transfer price will still apply.
